MOBITAG - TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICE
Use of the service
OPT-NC cannot be held responsible in particular for the content of the written message, for any alteration of it, or for its proper transmission.
In addition, the user undertakes not to send any message likely to contravene the Law of 29 July 1981 on freedom of the press and in particular its articles 23, 24, 24 bis, 26, 36, 37, 27 and 29, and article 227-24 of the new Penal Code, which punishes the distribution of messages of a violent or pornographic nature, or of a nature to seriously undermine human dignity.
The user also undertakes not to use this service to send messages in bulk to Mobilis phones. OPT-NC reserves the right to ban temporarily or permanently any user who does not comply with the rules described on this page.
Mobitag.nc is a free service intended for private individuals only. It cannot be used for professional purposes, as OPT-NC does not guarantee an optimal quality of service.
Legal proceedings will be brought against the owners of websites, hosting providers, programmers, developers etc. of programs external to mobitag.nc which knowingly or unknowingly use the codes of mobitag.nc.
Privacy and Security Policy
